Rules changes
for Spring 2008 season
TEAMS
1. A maximum of three (3) coaches/managers licensed and registered will
be allowed on or in the players area of the sideline during the game.
2. Teams are limited to the
number of dual rostered competitive
players who are carded to another team in the same playing division. U11
and
below = maximum of 2 dual rostered competitive players playing in same
division. U12 and above = maximum of 3 dual rostered competitive players
playing in same division. When two teams play each other in the
same
division with a common dual carded player(s), the player(s) must play
for
their primary carded team.
3. Brackets are based on skill level of teams.
"A" is strongest bracket.
"B" is mid level bracket. Brackets may be sub divided depending on
number and strength of teams (ie - B1, B2). "C" bracket is restricted to
teams that are carded "RECREATIONAL".
4. Teams are bracketed each session according to their standings from
the previous session, known strength, or per teams request if it’s
reasonable. Depending on strength and number of teams, all "A" and "B"
brackets will be single age where possible. "C"-RECREATIONAL brackets
will be U8, U10, U12 and U14.
A couple of quick reminders
1. There is no warming up before the game in the PENALTY AREAS!
2. The rain out hotline is (913) 599-9959- you must access the league
where the game is to be played that day. There will be occasions where
some leagues may be forced to cancel and others will be playing
3. U14/15 Boys & Girls will play 35 minute halves
4. U7 and U8 do kick-ins not throw-ins
5. U8 and below ALL KICKS ARE INDIRECT
6. Reschedules are accomplished by contacting the opposing
coach or team manager to work out a few times where both teams are
available
